1) Who operates the website & how payments are processed
Melori is a brand operated by FLEXISB (Türkiye), which operates this website and store. For eligible transactions, payments may be processed via Shopify Payments on behalf of COSMO TRADE LLC (USA) as the Merchant of Record. Depending on your transaction and payment method, your bank/card statement may show “COSMO TRADE LLC” and/or “MELORI”.
2) Secure checkout (HTTPS + PCI-aligned processing)
- Encrypted in transit: Our website uses HTTPS (TLS) to help protect data as it travels between your browser and the site.
- PCI-aligned processing: Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and/or payment providers designed to meet PCI DSS requirements for handling card data.
- We do not store full card details: We do not store full payment card numbers or CVV/CVC on Melori systems.
- Tokenization (where available): Payment providers may use tokens so actions like refunds can be completed without exposing raw card data.
3) Accepted payment methods
Accepted payment methods may vary by country, currency, and eligibility, and the available options are shown at checkout. Common options can include major credit/debit cards and digital wallets (for example, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal where enabled).
4) Fraud prevention & order verification
- Automated risk screening: Orders may be checked for signals of fraud (for example, address consistency and unusual activity patterns).
- Manual verification (when needed): If an order is flagged as high-risk, we may contact you to confirm details. If we cannot verify, we may cancel and refund.
- Signature on delivery (optional): Signature confirmation may be available depending on carrier options. If a carrier surcharge applies, we will inform you before applying the change.
- No item-for-item exchanges: For customer safety and inventory integrity, we generally do not offer exchanges. Please return and reorder (see our Return & Refund Policy).
5) Recognizing legitimate communication (phishing prevention)
We will never ask you to share your full card number, CVV/CVC, or account password by email, SMS, or chat.
- Official emails/domains: We communicate from melori.com and emails such as support@melori.com.
- Red flags: urgent payment demands, off-site payment requests, suspicious attachments, or links that do not lead to melori.com.
- If in doubt: do not click links or download files; forward the message to support@melori.com and we will confirm.
6) Chargebacks, unauthorized use & disputes
- If you see an unfamiliar charge: contact your bank/card issuer immediately and then email us at support@melori.com (include your order number if available).
- Issuer investigations: we may cooperate with your issuer’s investigation and provide order records where appropriate.
7) Privacy, data use & retention
- Minimal payment data on our side: we do not store full card numbers or CVV/CVC.
- Order records: we retain order information (such as items, amounts, timestamps) for operations, accounting, tax, and legal compliance as described in our Privacy Policy.

8) Vulnerability reporting (responsible disclosure)
If you believe you have found a security issue affecting Melori or our customers, please email support@melori.com with a clear description and steps to reproduce. Please do not publicly disclose the issue before we have had a reasonable chance to investigate and address it.

We may update this page to reflect changes in technology, standards, or our practices. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version.
