Shipping policy

1) Where we ship

United States: We currently ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories.

Türkiye: We ship nationwide within the service area of our domestic carrier.

United Kingdom: We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, subject to carrier coverage and address validation.

Shipping origin: Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouse in Düzce, Türkiye.

Duties & taxes (DDP): For eligible shipments and where DDP service is available for your route, we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means the total amount you pay at checkout includes applicable duties and taxes, and you should not be asked to pay additional duties, taxes, or VAT at delivery. If a carrier requests payment, please contact our support team before paying any additional charges.

 

2) Carrier

U.S. shipments: UPS Express Saver and FedEx International Priority 

Türkiye shipments: Yurtiçi Kargo 

United Kingdom shipments: UPS Express Saver and FedEx International Priority 

In rare cases we may split an order into multiple parcels; if that happens, we will provide separate tracking numbers.

 

3) Shipping rates

United States:
- Orders 75 USD and over: Free shipping
- Orders under 75 USD: 3.90 USD flat rate

Türkiye:
- 1,000 TL and over: Free shipping
- Under 1,000 TL: 50 TL

United Kingdom:
- Orders 50 GBP and over: Free shipping
- Orders under 50 GBP: 5 GBP flat rate

All prices and charges are shown in the currency displayed at checkout (USD for U.S. orders; TRY for Türkiye orders; GBP for United Kingdom orders).

 

4) Processing time & cut-off

Handling time: 0–1 business day (Monday–Friday) under normal operating conditions.

Daily cut-off (by destination):
- U.S. orders: Orders placed after 4:00 PM Central Time (CT) are typically processed on the next business day.
- Türkiye orders: Daily cut-off: 6:00 PM (GMT+3).
- United Kingdom orders: Daily cut-off: 3:00 PM (GMT).

 

5) Delivery estimates

U.S. shipments
- Typical transit time: 3–5 business days
- Typical delivery window: 3–6 business days

Türkiye shipments
- Average transit time: 1–3 business days
- Average delivery window: 1–4 business days

United Kingdom shipments
- Average transit time: 2–3 business days
- Average delivery window: 2–4 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and can vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather, customs processing (if applicable), and high-volume periods.

 

6) Tracking

We email your tracking number once your parcel is handed to the carrier. You can follow progress end-to-end on the carrier’s website.

 

7) Signature on delivery

Not required by default. If you prefer signature confirmation, contact us after placing your order (email or phone). Availability depends on carrier options for your route; any applicable carrier surcharge will be communicated before we apply the change.

 

8) Address corrections & undeliverable parcels

Before shipment: If your order has not shipped, contact us and we will correct the address and proceed.

After shipment: If your order has already shipped, we will attempt an intercept/recall where supported by the carrier. If successful, we will cancel the order and refund according to our Return & Refund Policy. No extra fee is charged by us; however, carrier actions may be subject to availability.

Parcels that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may follow the same intercept/recall → cancel → refund flow where supported by the carrier and in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

 

9) Delays, stalled tracking, or lost packages

If your tracking appears stalled or your delivery is overdue, email your order number to support@melori.com. We will contact the carrier and open an investigation.

If the carrier cannot substantiate delivery to your address, we will arrange a refund or reshipment in line with our Return & Refund Policy. If the carrier can substantiate delivery to your address, the order is considered delivered and a refund is not issued.

 

10) What we ship (restricted items)

We do not sell hazardous or restricted items where prohibited by law or carrier rules. Some cosmetic/personal care products may be subject to carrier handling limitations depending on route and destination. If a restriction applies to your order, we will contact you with options.

 

11) Returns, refunds & original shipping fees (summary)

For eligible returns, we offer free return shipping via a prepaid return label. Please request approval and obtain our label before sending your return. Returns sent without authorization and/or without our label may not qualify for free return service and may take longer to process. Full order returns (any reason): The full order amount, including any original shipping fee you paid (if any), will be refunded to your original payment method.

Partial returns: If you return only part of your order, the shipping fee you paid will not be refunded.

Orders that qualified for free shipping: If you return part of the order, no retroactive shipping fee will be charged.

 

12) Order changes & cancellations

Before shipment (prior to daily cut-off on business days): Contact us to update details or cancel.

After shipment: We will attempt an intercept/recall where supported by the carrier. If successful, we will cancel/refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

 

13) Business days & holidays

Timelines apply to business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude the relevant public holidays for the destination/processing team (U.S. federal holidays; Türkiye public holidays; UK public holidays).
