Place an order and pay as usual. There are no extra steps to take part.
Earn 10%
10% of the amount you pay for products — excluding shipping fees and taxes — is set aside as store credit.
Spend it at checkout
Your credit is added to your account and applied at checkout on a future order, in the same currency you paid in.
When is my credit available?
Your store credit is added to your account 14 days after your order date, and you'll see it in your account balance. If an order is later cancelled or returned, the related credit is adjusted as described in the terms below.
How to use your credit
Create an account and sign in. Store credit is tied to your Melori account. Create an account (or sign in) using the same email as your order so your credit appears in your balance.
Apply it at checkout. When you're signed in, your available store credit can be applied to your order total at checkout, in your local checkout currency.
Terms & conditions
There are no conditions to earn store credit. 10% of the amount you pay for products — excluding shipping fees and taxes — is credited to your account.
Credit expires at the end of the calendar year in which it was earned. Any unused balance is removed after December 31.
If an order is cancelled or fully returned, the related store credit is removed from your account.
For partial returns, credit equal to 10% of the returned product amount is removed from your account.
Store credit can only be used on melori.com. It is not redeemable for cash and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
