Usage Instructions:
1. In the morning and evening, take 4 pumps of Makeup Remover Water on a cotton pad.
2. Gently apply the cotton all over the face and around the neck.
If necessary, repeat the process. No rinsing required. To remove eye makeup more effectively, hold the cotton pad on the eyelid for a few seconds, then gently slide it downwards and outward across the eyelid to clean.
